With a consistent record of top-producing results, Ro has been recognized as a Top Producer by The Chicago Association of Realtors and admitted into the prestigious T.A.N. (Top Agent Network) reserved for only the top 10% of agents in Chicago. Ro also holds a CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) designation and is a member of the Million Dollar Guild.
Ro also leads a team of inside sales agents dedicated to helping real estate agents and teams across the country convert internet leads into closings through speed-to-contact, systematic lead follow-up, and long-term lead nurturing.
Before his successful career in real estate, Ro worked in the technology industry. He began his real estate career on the mortgage side of the business, rising quickly to the Director level, reporting directly to the CEO, and helping to build the Inside Sales Division from scratch to $150M/year in closings.
Ro is dedicated to giving back to the community and has served as President of the Y.A.B., an affiliated organization of Children's Memorial Hospital, dedicated to "Hope for Kids with Brain Tumors," and headed up the Thalassemia Action Board at Lurie's Children's Hospital of Chicago. Ro is also a supporter of "Open Heart Magic," which brings laughter, hope, and strength to sick children in Chicago Area hospitals.
In his free time, Ro enjoys traveling the world to fulfill his bucket list, spending time with family, reading, working out, scuba diving, and cheering on his favorite Chicago sports teams, especially Da' Bears. He is also an avid Michigan State Football and Basketball fan.
